The rest, probably not. Even the guy in the front...I'd assume whatever papers he has are allowed, because otherwise he would be so blatantly cheating that he'd get caught in a heartbeat. Since the girl is being subvert enough to have the answers up her skirt, I just don't think he's doing anything wrong.
