Dilbert is probably the best one right now, followed by Non Sequitur.

Dilbert ceased to be funny a while ago, as it's just variations on the same jokes over and over.

garfield, peanuts, family circus, hagar the horrible, drabble is okay, hi and lois is okay, I used to like Born Loser a bit too.

I think that's most of them.

some of them like calvin and hobbes did not run in our major paper, but it's competitor, so I never really got a chance to read them.

These days it's Bizarro. It is no where near the level of Calvin and Hobbes, but like that strip the artwork is decent.

Calvin and Hobbes for the sheer craziness. I got so much of my childhood prank idea's from that cartoon... excellent.

Far Side. The wit in that is great now that I'm a (little) more mature now. Gary Larson is the man.

Childhood Calvin and Hobbes or "adult" Far Side? Hard to choose so I'll take em both. Don't let your kids read Calvin and Hobbes tho.

I got the idea of 'Evel Knievel'ing down a monster hill in a wagon from that comic. Red Wagons don't have brakes....

Family Circus all the way. I hope Bill Keane never discovers the trifeca of mispronounced words, a dotted line showing where one of the ****ing kids went and grandpa looking down from heaven all in one comic- I think I'd die from a busted gut.

I don't know if i can still like Dilbert. This has to be the most perverted cartoon ever published in a newspaper.

Skeptics should forego any thought of convincing the unconvinced that we hold the torch of truth illuminating the darkness. A more modest, realistic, and achievable goal is to encourage the idea that one may be mistaken. Doubt is humbling and constructive; it leads to rational thought in weighing alternatives and fully reexamining options, and it opens unlimited vistas.
