Man, Sluggy is AWESOME. Hilarious, entertaining, and artfully crafted!
"The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."
Ben Kenobi: "That means I'm doing something right. "

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?

Calvin and Hobbes has to be the best comic ever. Every other strip can only dream to reach Calvin and Hobbes' level of amazingness.
"Remember, there's good stuff in American culture, too. It's just that by "good stuff" we mean "attacking the French," and Germany's been doing that for ages now, so, well, where does that leave us?" - Elok

In Switzerland, they had brotherly love. They had 500 years of democracy and peace. And what did that produce? The cuckoo clock."

Almost true. However, there never was anything more sad, funny and poetic than Herriman's Krazy Kat

Calvin and Hobbes wasn't even the best in it's own time.

Bloom County was and is superior.

                        ACK!
Don't try to confuse the issue with half-truths and gorilla dust!
