Name Brand loyalties

What name brands are you loyal to? I normally don't fall for media advertising and such, but there are just some brands I like.

Nike shoes for instance. For athletic shoes, I won't buy anything but Nikes. For my boots I only buy Red Wings. Though I've only needed to buy one as it has lasted a while.

I'm sure I have others as well. I use Quilted Northern toilet paper. None of that charmin crap for me. And no generic stuff either . I always use Irish Spring soap.

BF Goodrich tires for my vehicle.

Umm. Why be loyal to a brand? Never really understood that expression. Presumably you mean which brands do you see as being of better quality or preferable?

I can't think of anything, I think anything I purchase regularly has a reasonable substitute brand/generic label.

Hugo Boss, Armani, and Chanel for cologne. Ecco and Clarks for shoes. Verbatim for CD-Rs/DVD-Rs. Victorinox is also a near-holy brand for me

Actually, I tend to use Lynx/Axe exclusively out of habit.

I will continue to buy Nintendo consoles and Zelda games for as long as they continue to make them.

I usually don't give a ****, except New Balance, those shoes rock (especially if you have square feet like me) but then I've never seen any New Balance commercials...
