No, his defence was "I have no idea if my friend gave kickbacks for a very small proportion of his business deals, but how the hell does that implicate me?". Once he'd shown that there was no evidence against him, and that he'd successfully sued against others bringing the same allegation against him, he then pointed out that the US had done far worse.

The prosecutions case relied upon linking him to the French oil company that paid kickbacks. The point, as he said, was that he's never been paid a penny by any oil deal.

His finances have been investigated and are watertight, which since the US have already said the main issue is "where is the money", rules him out from receiving money illegally from an oil deal.

He answered their questions relating to him, but as he said, he can't attest to the validity of documents he's never seen before and that do not concern him.

Remember kids, repeatedly making false accusations based on extremely dodgy documents against a politician is only wrong when it's a Republican being lied about.

because he is the only one until now who has been able to show publically what the republicans truly are: a bunch of schemeing liars

and this because of their own doing...

No. Az doesn't like him because Galloway has a habit of pointing out the injustice done to the Palestinians.
