DanS would be my choice. He very consistently advocates economic liberalism.
I thought abut him, but he's not nearly a nutcase enough

I've lately seen a single post by a settler-ranked guy with name "DerSchwarzfalke", location: USA, flag: Israel
THAT guy has to be right wing (and a DL)

While I'm happy to be included among such distinguished company (as least some of you lot ), I don't really consider myself a rightist.
Liberal economic policies (in the European sense) are rather middle-of-the-road in the US. Even left of center voters can support such policies.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891
I'm not really fighting. Rather, just... explaining.

define "right", if economic freedom - market liberalism - is right wing then why aren't the people who believe in personal or social freedom right wing as well?
The problem is liberals are more accepting of personal freedom but not economic freedom and social conservatives - the "religious right" - believe the opposite. To call one group "left" and the other "right" seems to miss the point. If liberals are making my economic decisions and conservatives are making my personal decisions, they're just 2 sides of the same coin and those who believe in freedom lose regardless of which side rears it's ugly head. Calling one left and the other right is about as useful as making a distinction between socialists and fascists.

And as for Stewart Spink he should be ignored - he is weird beyond belief and I think he is just trying to turn himself into what he believes is 'normal' without actually being remotely normal...
