So? There have been 3 year olds in my family that knew that things die (like a pet or so).

Nothing like that has happened yet. Her grandfather died just over a year ago, but she was a bit too young to understand what happened to "Buddy." Still hasn't really grasped it, either.
Well, you may want to explain to her what she saw in the movie. Some of the scenes may be somewhat traumatic to a kid who hasn't had to deal with death.

On the one hand she may grow up to become a pop culture queen, able to befriend every person based on references to sitcoms, movies, and songs that were hits in their time that he or she may remember.
On the other hand with crap like Star Wars and Buffy you're raising her to be a psychopath.
