I doubt it Az, it sounds like a mutation that, because of continuous inbreeding, has been concentrated until in this particular strain of goat is the main gene for this locus. Truly bizarre though, although it would be interesting to know how this has happened. You have to admit that as a defence mechanism it is pretty crap...rather than run you just collapse...Speaking of Erith:
