I've allways wanted to play "Russ Meyer's Civilization" -
As a serious question, can someone tell what the purpose of those big two ...hm...things... is you can see in the following pic on the tank?
Because I wondered about that when I saw a similar Sherman in one episode of Band of Brothers recently....The "normal" shermans didn't seem to have them, so I suspect it has something to do with the landing in the Normandy? But I think some early (WWI) tanks have also such things....BlahComment
