    Step into the confessional . . . . . .

    How many self-help books do you own, on any number of these subjects, or anything that I did not think of:


    self-esteem

    dieting

    hot sex

    financing/budgeting

    career goal

    relationships



    I get scared to think how many Americans buy into self-help book industry that is based mostly on common sense that one should know already, and the rest based on bull****.

    So confess -- how many do you have? I have . . . . . . .

                  I have a ton of self help books... they're called Text Books!

                  I also have a bunch on finances and statistical process control and how sarcasm can work on the internet... and cookbooks

                        I have the book Who Moved My Cheese? on my shelf, as my former company gave a copy to all employees. I couldn't tell you what it's about, however, as I've never even cracked it open, and there's a healthy layer of dust collecting on it.

                          I have my parents' Kama-Sutra, if that counts for anything.

                          I wouldn't mind hearing some good advice about how to re-dynamise my couple, though I don't feel like buying mercantile books to that effect.
