I imagine you are not pregnant yourself () but other hormonal and health issues may be an underlying cause. Suggest seeing a doctor for some tests (CBC (Complete Blood Check), LFT (Liver Function Tests), and Blood Sugar). How long since the last physical? Good luck.

Turns out, it was the sun. I didn't wear sunglasses and the intensity of the UV lights messed with my head
That has been the case since I was a kid.
Try wearing shades if you don't already. Also, try drinking more water and eating more things with salt, like peanuts.
