Screw the EU as the Fourth Reich, put an eventual capital in Roman and call it the new Roman Empire. Eventual full-time presidents of the Union (it's coming) can be refered to as Caesar. The Parliament can be refered to as the Senate. It'll be all good fun.

We should rename the EU the
"Heilige römische Reich deutscher Nation"
(holy roman empire of the german nation)
and move its Capital to Vienna (AFAIK the last Residence of the Emperor before the empire was officially disbanded in the beginning of the 19th century)
This way we could also have an Emperor (much better than a king like the british have
) although we would have to sight family trees to find out who the heir to the last emperor is
