This just proves that religious people shouldn't be allowed jobs that bring them into contact with the public.

I'm going to go get a job at MacDonald's and then claim it's against my religious beliefs to serve non-Kosher food...

That won't work. McDonalds can't reasonably be described as "food".

If they're hired under an agreement to not dispense the given medications then they don't have to.
