The drawing is offensive, but this should not be a criminal matter.
However, I wonder if the European Leftists who are so horrified over this censorship are as equally upset against censorship over Nazi symbols such as the swastika.
It's just a symbol, and if the people who give a certain meaning to that particular symbol are gone, then it's not offensive anymore. imo"An archaeologist is the best husband a women can have; the older she gets, the more interested he is in her." - Agatha Christie

It's intentionally offensive to 3 bilions of people
That's a good thing, not bad.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Also, nothing is bad when it's done at home. Place where You do things has no impact on their moral value.
He was drawing a picture, not throwing people in jail.
I think you are over-generalizing just a tad. Not all of Christians and Muslims would be offended by this. Just the ones who have no sense of humor and are overly sensitive.
Humor is a good thing. This was done in jest. Somehow, I think Jesus would approve.
What's the cause of showing Jesus as an exhibitionist?
What's funny about making fun of someone's horrible death in pain?

Imagine me showing a picture of some slimy, evil, deceitful Jew planning the doom of the mankind. It'd also be a picture, and it'd be forbidden

You wouldn't hear anything from me. (not that I endorse blahblahblah...)Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God? - Epicurus
