Nope... don't look at who is next for BAPAY until needed. It would complicate things to no end.
        i misunderstood your role.

I will do my own bapay list, it should take 15 minutes.

Yeah, I'm not, as LoA seems to think, you guys' mommy. Berz knows how it is as FFZ, where everyone gets together to help. Everyone contributes in BAPAY's, PMing the next guy, etc, etc. I don't understand why, here, there is an assumption that the Commissioner should do everything and anything.

It takes maybe 5-10 minutes to make a selection, but for someone else to BAPAY us it takes longer because they have to find out if the absent manager has a position to fill and then find the BAPAY for that position. It is rough on the commish when the BAPAYs start piling up. Just get yourself maybe 30 minutes and make up a list, its alot easier for everyone else. But of course its better to ask for a BAPAY than let everyone wait the 12 hours

People, honestly. I work 80 hours a week, 30 hours at a stretch, during which time I have zero access to Poly. When I'm not at work, I'm exhausted and generally pissed off.

But even I still make the time and effort to make a real pick, or at least leave a list with someone. Jesus tap dancing Christ, is it really that difficult? Sack up.

                    You're a good man, Guy .

And thanks Berz... you are good people too.

Btw, it's been close to 45 minutes from when asleep said it would take him 15 minutes to make a BAPAY list . Just saying is all .

I had second thoughts about doing it, I'd rather Asleep just make a pick. Like Chris said at FFZ, why look for a Bapay only for the person to show up and change it.

That's true... though for a while there Jeff Weaver bounced around for like 4 or 5 BAPAYs . So that wasn't that hard... until someone actually stuck with him... bastard .

Yeah, I'm not, as LoA seems to think, you guys' mommy. Berz knows how it is as FFZ, where everyone gets together to help. Everyone contributes in BAPAY's, PMing the next guy, etc, etc. I don't understand why, here, there is an assumption that the Commissioner should do everything and anything.
it must be your first time in a leadership role - its easy to tell, you are too heavy handed, and you dont listen enough to others. i know you might find this hard to understand and that there might be lots of smilieys and stuff in your response, but in the end, the way the league is run, all the ups and downs, come back to you. at FFZ, everyone respects the commie, so they put in extra work. thats all directly reflected in the commies leadership skills. he has them motivated and makes them feel a part of it. its as simple as that.
