70 is pretty warm.

I start sweating around 70-75F = 21-23C even if I'm not doing anything.

By 25C I'm in full sweat mode.

Women actually have much more fat as a percentage of mass than do men.

It was -20C when I first got home about a week and a half ago. A bit brisk for the middle of March.

Got back here and it's practically tropical at 12C...

BTW it's been in the upper 50's here and I find that cold. 72 is just about as perfect as humanly possible.

Less body fat and a smaller surface to volume ratio. Its the same reason children get cold faster then adults and why Neanderthals were better suited to cold enviroments then modern humans. Big interal mass and a lower ratio fo surface volume mean heat is retained better.

I already said my sister and her gf have more fat on thier bodies than I do, it would be more logical for them to be the ones turning the heat down.

I have a fast metabolism, and Im always properly hydrated do those effect my body temp any?
