According to what I have read in one section, This is a question not a statement. Has bush proposed to take away food stamps from those who say recieve medicaid so to speak?Medicaid was an exaple you can through tanf or social security benefits in ther too since they are all goverment aid

As far as I know, Bush hasn't proposed taking food stamps away from anybody.

This is a dumb article because it overstates the amount of support there is in the congress for cutting food stamps. On the other hand, there's a lot of support (even from congressmen from farm states!) for cutting subsidies.

The congressmen with the minority position (cut food stamps) are trying their best to throw a wrench in the works. The article makes it sound as if the minority is actually the majority.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. Bush is proposing to withdraw food stamps for certain families already receiving other government assistance. The administration estimates that plan would remove more than 300,000 people from the rolls and save $113 million annually.

This makes it sound like he (bush) does.

A farm subsidies cut will never pass, it would be political suicide for congresspeople from rural states or districts. Even if it did pass the House, the Senate would kill it because rural states are overrepresented.

You are right, the article does make it sound as if that's the case. I don't know the details there, obviously.
