I never said that. My 1st post I deliberately make the 1st line in the article stating America is "scale busters", an article with figures about how America is overweight. Then I explictly say I don't disregard America's weight problem.

Well well. I'm not so much arguing with you than I'm just venting and shouting fat is in the US. Don't take it too seriously. But it is true that there are these researches, every other week they show other results etc etc.

oh and PS. the weight problem in the US isn't so much in the big cities. It's outside the cities IMO. At least it is in the eye of beholder.
