Meaningless Banter. i remember seeing something in 98 on the net about russia going to the moon in 2004. Hasnt happened. Ive seen dozens of countries commit to timetables only to axe the programs months later. Sounds very exciting! Someone already mentioned that Japan has more debt than America, but on the otherhand Japan doesnt dump billions of dollars to fund its wars and military. I'm sure the Japanese are capable of doing this in say 30 years time. I'm sure they can come up with the trillion dollars it requires.
