We? The fact that a man is more likely to ignore their family and/or go above and beyond SHOULD earn them more pay. Especially, when they do. Potential and Performance are the basis for most companies reason for even hiring you; it judges how they can expoit you.

All because men are more willing to sell themselves as corporate whores does not owe to a company discriminating based on sex. In other words; companies aren't hiring women or giving them big salaries because they are women, they aren't doing so because they aren't selling themselves well enough.

Not really a valid argument. The average film critic has not produced, directed, starred, written or in any way worked on a motion picture, outside of college film classes. To put it another way, if critics were actually so successful in their field that they were in a "position to criticize" everything, they'd have no sensible reason to bother criticizing in the first place. Oh, and that's an ad hominem, obviously.
