    I'm sorry to hear that. I've never been in a situation like this, so I have no idea how I would handle it...

    Suspecting a friend to be the murderer is a sign that you need new friends...

                    My condolences, Cruddy.

                    And also I want to echo what's already been said: Offer any information you have to the police. Look for new friends altogether. And until this gets sorted out, keep in the company of others whenever possible.

                    Take care, and don't involve yourself (further) in this than by aiding the police in every way you can.

                        If you can, it might be a good idea to stay with family for awhile. You might even ask the neighbors to be on the lookout for you.

                        Is this happening in the UK? Two murders would be about 5 to 10% of the usual annual homicide rate in the UK.

                              Whereas two murders within 2 blocks of me in the last year is simply average for Baltimore.

                              They also just found a student of mine from last semester dead in his dorm room of natural causes. Turning into a graveyard around here.

                              Anyhow, Cruddy, sorry to hear about that. Hope you're safe.
