Drop a nuke on USA to stop this insanitys!!!!!! Talk about a country built upon fear!! ...

Sorry, it's still quarter past nine here in Sweden. I'm still in my morning temper mood.
This is my principles! If you don't like them I have others!
I'm not afraid to die. I just don't want to be there when it happens.

That'll teach those girls a lesson -- next time, just knock the door down, steal what you want and be on your way. At least then they've got to get you "beyond a reasonable doubt" instead of whatever cockamamie threshold of evidence led to this miscarriage of justice
More than likely, this was a small claims case. Which does not require "beyond a reasonable doubt". It require simply that the actions more likely than not caused this woman to have an anxiety attack.

I know; that's why I said that next time they should just commit break & enter and theft. Then it moves into the realm of criminal law and the higher standard of proof applies. If you're going to get dragged to court over a bull**** case like this, may as well make it worth your while

but you see that's why most people around think americans are completely ****ed up
I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.

that law literrally lasted only a couple of months as it was taken down in courts facing the strong opposition of the internet cafes union(which didnt exist prior to the law )

meanwhile, it seems that US idiotic laws "keep on walking"

The very fact that such laws can exist shows that you are either ignorant of the powers your government has to parent children instead of the parents or are a bald faced liar.

Actually, I kind of like that curfew concept. If implemented here, 80-90 % of those young bastards between 13 and 18 would be criminalized.

At the same time they should do something to that stupid rule that allows children at the age of 18 to buy alcohol. Just because they are allowed to vote and descide the future of the contry or become a soldier and learn to kill, should that really make them able to drink a beer ? NO - raise that limit
With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.

I wonder how I can get neighbour girls 17 and 18 who make me cookies for no reason at all. I wouldn't sue them. I'd bang them. Sober.

The real damning part here is the fact the woman refused to settle, which was an obvious gambit to get more money. What a rotten person.

i kind of missed you here. with the exception on loosely-practiced bans on how old you have to be to access cinemas playing porn and bars serving alcohol, my goverment does do any parenting of children

and the computer games law had NOTHING to do with children. it was an attempt to control gambling....

                                colorado curfew laws

                                Curfew Laws
Curfews are established to help deter crime and keep youth from getting into unnecessary trouble. Although there are no specific state statutes, many local governments have established curfews. These laws pertains to minors under 18 years of age who are in a public place past a certain time. Exceptions to this law are instances where minors are returning home from employment (they need to obtain a note from their employer), and youth returning home from an event such as a concert, organized meeting, or any other appropriate activity that has continued past the curfew. To see if there is a curfew set in your area, contact your local sheriff's office.

It is unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to loiter or to aimlessly drive or ride about, on or about any street, avenue, highway, road, sidewalk, curb, gutter, parking lot, alley, vacant lot, park, playground, yard, building, place of amusement, or eating place, whether public or private, without the consent or permission of the owner or occupant thereof, during the hours ending at six o'clock (6:00) A.M. and beginning at twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and beginning at ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. on Sunday night through Thursday night. No violation of this subsection will have occurred if the person under the age of eighteen (18) years is accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult person over the age of twenty one (21) years who is authorized by a parent or guardian of the juvenile to take the parent's place in accompanying the juvenile for a designated period of time and purpose within a specified area.

It is unlawful for the parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of a juvenile under the age of eighteen (18) years to knowingly permit or allow the juvenile to loiter or to aimlessly drive or ride about at the places and within the time prohibited by subsection C2 of this section. The term "knowingly" includes knowledge which a parent should be reasonably expected to have concerning the whereabouts of a juvenile in that parent or guardian's custody. It shall be no defense that a parent, guardian, or other person having the care and custody of the juvenile was indifferent to the activities, conduct or whereabouts of the juvenile.
