                The rikshaws in the first picture make me doubt it's Tanzania, I never saw one there in five years of living and travel. I was going caribbean, but if it's East Africa, Mombasa?

                I seem to recognise the building in the first pic though, and I've never been to Mombasa.

                        I dunno, it doesn't look like a Swahili city at all on closer inspection.

                        Could it be, like, Bulawayo or something? That's not really in East Africa but close enough.

                              None of the above. PH is closest, but I think in Toamasina the rickshaws are built square, not triangular
