You can add a small amount of corn meal for a different crust. Add some cayenne pepper for a nice kick, or, since you're a Brit, how about some curry powder?

Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

Yeah... well I eat curry most days so this'd be a bit of a change. Maybe just some cayenne.
Probably have it with corn cobs and red beans and rice - which I've eaten and have a pretty good idea what's in it so it seems simple enough to make but if anyone has a good recipe I'd love to hear that too.Jon Miller: MikeH speaks the truth

Spice it up? I'm thinking a healthy portion of salt and pepper would do it nicely. You might think about a pinch of cajun seasoning (contains cayenne) for some Louisiana fried chicken, maybe some paprika, maybe some (and y'all might think I'm crazy, but done right and it's sensational) some cinnamon.

You also might want to fry it in the oven. Put 4-6 pieces, breaded, in a flat cassorole dish, put a tiny bit of oil at the bottom of dish (spread around, prevents sticking), turn oven to about 400 degrees F and cook for about 30-45 minutes (up to an hour for thick bone-in breasts or large thighs), turning every 8-10 minutes.

Mmmm, spicy fried chicken. As much as I hate to say it, fried chicken can't hold a candle to some GOOD buffalo wings . Of course I guess you could fry the wings before buffalo'ing them .“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
