I mean, don't get me wrong; those two ****ers are dead, I'm a happy guy.

But why must Lost do this? This get some great momentum going with some really good episodes the last few weeks, and then after last weeks top flight episode, we get this turd sandwich? Christ almighty, who is running this show?

I need to go check my DVR. I honestly don't even know what night, time, or network this show is on. I downloaded the first two seasons and watched them on my computer while the current season I always watch on my DVR when I get a chance (which might be a month after the show aired).

The only enjoyable bits were Sawyer, Charlie, Hurley, and Sun. But there wasn't nearly enough to call it "fun."

I liked it better than the pointless Hurley/Cheech episode.

              Lunatic.

But seriously--what kind of ****ing idiots would burn all the good will they had earned in the past month on this Cleveland Steamer, and not give us a payoff for Locke & his daddy until May?!

Although, come to think of it, the episode did have one other redeeming quality:

I liked how those two airheads found not only Yemi's plane, but also the Pearl way before the rest of the 815 did.

I liked how he was himself.

And I like how stiff his acting was. I hope that he was purposefully bad.

If they're dead, effing KILL THEM. Ever since Joss Whedon and Buffy, you can no longer count on a death being a death. I'm sick of it. I favor mandatory beheadings

I saw a great "Lost" bit on the SNL Weekend Update.
"Network executives have announced that the series 'Lost' has been renewed for a fouth season. Reacting to the news, writers for the hit series said, 'Oh crap.' "

No kidding. What was the point of making them paralyzed, then buried alive, rather than killing them outright? Lame, lame, lame!

The only other good thing was the monster sound before the spiders showed up. The monster is totally Jack's dad, Locke's dad, Kate's horse, the spiders, Hurley's imaginary friend, Sayid's cat, and so on and so forth.

Because burying people alive is ****ing awesome? Way cooler than just killing someone...

It was also an apropos ending for them.

While it had a "little" entertainment value, about 20 minutes in, my wife got up, claimed it was like watching paint dry and went to bed. As she was leaving the room she said, if anything ever happened that explained ANYTHING, let her know and she might watch it again. While I thought she might being a bit harsh, I was agreeing with her by the end of 60 minutes.
