In fact, how about Thursday, July 11th? I work through the 10th, so the 11th would be easier for me, and I'd be home and such for troubleshooting purposes in case something goes wrong in the early stages of the game.

The 11th sounds good to me - it will give me about 1 week of playing before I go into the hospital for back surgery (I will probably be in the hospital for 3-5 days), then I'll have nothing else to do but heal and play TW.

just a suggestion - perhaps we should go no corps in the upcoming game? It seems as if all the recent games have been thrown out of joint by an imbalance of power. If we want a nice, long game, perhaps we should go for no corping, though informal agreements and such would still be allowed?

And while we are at it set the Fed Space parking limit at zero, them the good times will really roll

good idea. Let's also lobby for SD next to fedspace to prevent SD blockades and have the price of e-probes set to 100,000 credits

I'd also vote for a navhaz cleanup of 1% per day - this will make nav haz more entertaining.

Also, port regen should be high and bust periods longer than 7 days - I'd say 14 days - since evil is very strong and should at very least have to explore more and spend money on those overpriced eprobes, while good can be safely trading in a relatively smaller area to satisfy their fiscal demands while colonizing.

I've got 3 friends that are interested in playing this game... I'll see if I can get them to post here.

In a solo corp game, a seven day bust clear cycle is just fine. Seven days is a long time when you don't have a corpie to clear your busts. Forget about raising the cost of eprobes, just drop a toll fighter in every 4+ warp sector you find. If enough people do that eprobes almost useless.

I'll go along with the SD adjacent to Fed Space, just so I won't burn many turns at the start to trade my cruiser for a merf. Standard Haz Nav cleanup is fine, Mr "I am going to seal my bubble off from the rest of you with Nav Haz"

if the game is going to rebang tommorow, it would be nice if someone could PM / Email the players that haven't been around for the while to let them know about it. This always drums up a few more traders, and I've done it for the last few bangs, but I don't have any time at the moment.
