actually there´s no direct translation for "spam" so we use "spamear".
"to post" = publicar (in a forum), enviar por correo (not e-mail)

"Spamear" no se traduce, como dice Carlos113. Quizá para "to post" se pueda decir escribir, aunque publicar está bien :b

afaik there's not equivalence to "spam" in spanish (i think it's kinda new word in english too).

with "post" it's different, it depends on the context, we use "postear" (which it's not correct in spanish) when we submit messages to an internet board, but we do not use it when sending papers inside stamped enveloppes

Yes I forgot to say that "postear" doesn´t exist either, it´s Spanglish
