No.

1.- I have not agreed to not to take them.
2.- Both cities fall SOUTH the Tagus. Acording to the agreement you proposed they are under my Zone of Influence. It is not my fault if you thought I wouldn't be ready to take them so early.
3.- By agreeing to your last proposal I would admit I have broken my word and I have not.
4.- I'll race you to take Mérida, I'm sure you can do it before me. In that case it's you who's breaking the agreement.

Portugual and Al Andulas annouce the Treaty of Badajoz, fixing our borders and spheres of influence, ending previous disputes.

In addition, the Opporto accords are also enacted, allowing both powers full and free trade withen their respective nations, by land and sea.
