I think that Marquis and I can't speak because the Americans have their dialog's options disabled.

Hmm, I do not know. I thought you could speak just the normal way (as if it were a regular single player game): make contact first, then press F3, etc, etc... but I haven't talked to anyone in PBEM (I always refuse to talk ) so I do not really know

Any comments from others?
