It's best to be careful about threatening the AIs, they decalre war, not I.

As far as I'm concerned, we are at peace, and I trust you did not in any way molest my caravans.

I was just alerting you about the fact that the AI aparently declared war whitout us (lol, acording to the foreign minister the formal relationship is: receptive, war).
I have ofcourse not touched your caravans, and I expect you didn't thouch mine either.
I sugest we do sign a peace treaty again sometime soon (your AI wont recieve me).
