Damn I'm sorry guys, this is the first time my CP didn't notify even though I posted... I'll have to actually check this every time I come on.
Btw there's been a no-RR version out for a while now, but I guess it's too late now. However, you can make railroads unbuildable by taking the railroad tech away from each player, and then making it impossible to research. I can do this, but I'd have to ask permission first since a turn's already been played.
Oh, and my PM box hasn't worked for months. I cleaned out both boxes, and even ended tracking on all PM's, and people STILL get a message that it's full. It's just plain busted, so email me with any bumps or diplomacy.
