Flip a coin? And isn't Micha getting back in the next few days?Last edited by appleciders; August 30, 2005, 14:07."Bother," said Pooh, "Eeyore, ready two photon torpedoes and lock

A respectable custom. And we can't let custom falter, now can we?
To hell with waiting, I choose the Caliphate of Iberia
There are two armies on the Roman border, but only one listed in the stats. Is the "Roman border patrol" both those armies? Those walls are absent of glory as they always have been. The people of tents will inherit this land.

The New Roman Empire
I, Caesar Augustus Licinius Fortis Concors I welcome all my fellow Augusti and wish our forthcoming collaboration will be peacefull and profitable. We are more into banking these days. You know, after people lost most of their money and savings on the "black wendsday" 410 AD we decided to develop our finance system a bit. There are soon many new and exciting offshore opportunities in the new financial center called Venice. Buildings underway and we are soon open for business!
As to our armies...well we like to call them RDF or Roman Defence Force these days. We hope our terrrotorial soveigrenity is honoured as we intend to honour others. We are of course willing to listen if anyone has ideas to further strenghten the safeguards of the past glory. For we see this as our holy duty and do whatever is nessesary to protect whats left of our forefathers Civilization. A special greetings go to the Eastern Roman Empire who is now dubbed as the Byzantium for their excellent work in saving the remaining copies of Aristotles work from the sack of Alexandria.

Hopefully this NES will inspire Micha to continue on with his NES. It's been so long that I can't even remember who I was fighting this time. Oh, wait, nevermind. I was fighting everyone.
Another good catch, foolish, I missed that army. Adjusted.
If BP and Micha join, I may have to solidify some barbarians into nations so I have some NPCs to manipulate.
BTW, you can begin diplomacy, orders, and such as soon as you like.Last edited by appleciders; August 30, 2005, 16:56."Bother," said Pooh, "Eeyore, ready two photon torpedoes and lock

From: Caliphate of Arabia
We do not seek war with our Muslim brothers. Let us make a deal. If you return all of your land in North Africa to us, we will allow your population to go on the yearly pilgrimage to Medina and Mecca, and allow them to attend our great schools of Muslim and scientific thought.Last edited by Tassadar500; August 30, 2005, 17:35.

Purely as a matter of fact, we did. Check Micha's last summary update. In addition, we pretty thoroughly trounced your invading army somewhere to the tune of complete annihilation and turned your navy into driftwood. But don't take it personally. You did almost win, a pretty good job considering how many threats your kingdom faced. Those walls are absent of glory as they always have been. The people of tents will inherit this land.
