      • France begins pulling troops from China, though is still in a strong position there. Troops pulled from China and ships being built in the South of France are sent to Costa Rica and El Salvador. French, Venezuelan, and Argentinian troops prop up the democratic and internationally recognized governments in these countries.

To the United States: Withdraw your claims to the independent nations of central america or we will seize control of the Panama Canal project. However, we are not interested in violating your soverignenty, only in protecting the soverigenty of those nations which cannot protect it for themselves. Therefore, France will not send troops into the territory of the US or Mexico in order to defend our interests in the region. We would also assure you that normalized trade relations between our nations will not be affected if this does not escalate further.

To Britain: Very well. We will respect your offer to the people of China.

          • To China: You have made a wise decision giving up Manchuria and Japan will not press further into your country. We have sent 10,000 advisers to train your army in the modern style of warfare, and 1,000 officials to help modernize your government into an efficient monarchy that can provide for and protect its people.

To Russia: We are glad to have your friendship, but we must insist that your army does not stray into the lands of your Southern neighbor and our new ally, China. (The diplomat in Moscow who delivers the message in person assures the recipients that Japan is just going through formalities, and that the message was no more of a threat than the invitiation to the World Cup, being held in Tokyo that year)

            • Britain has begun extending political rights to all its colonies: each will have full representation in parliament and any person in the colonies can become a citizen with full rights. britain is also supporting investment into the colonies and working to industrialize and modernize all of them.

              • TO France:
                Agreed...military alliance.

                To Peru:
Times are becoming unstable. Let us join as one, and create the Brazillian-Peru Confederation, so that we may protect ourselves and grow into prosperity together. As one, we will complement our strengths and weaknesses and become as stable as a mountain of steel, and more powerful than the Incas of old.

                      • Also I would like to ask one thing, when you have finished a project or a military/economic upgrade, please bold it in your post, so that I can see it when I'm updating Page 1.

I remember of reading of many projects started and some of them should be finished by now... but don't know exactly who started them and what were them.

So please, when you have finished some project write it and bold it.

Japan, because of trade with the Ottomans, China, Italy, and England, and a booming shipbuilding project, now has a world-leading economy. Japan has also a very large navy

                              • After the conclusion of peace, France considers its operations in China as nothing more than a police action to counter trade-harming criminals. It withdraws much of its forces from the region, though enough are stationed there to be able to protect French trade interests. Aid is sent to the remainder of independent China as promised. Most forces withdrawn from the region are re-stationed in the Central American theatre, in case the USA does not back down.

Due to the victory in China, the many trade pacts signed, and the Italian purchase of Tunisia, the French economy can now be considered Booming.
