And can we please accept it OOC? I mean, otherwise, we'll just end up completely bickering. Let us accept that now and times will change, perhaps seats will change hands, perhaps there will be infighting. But we must have a base, and I think my proposal is the most fair base because it most closely follows the real world.

You cannot lose your country simply because of an election. The characters that you have leading your nation (Nestor, Hodad II) might change, but you still go one leading your country.

The United Nations is now accepting nominations for nations to fill the open seats. A nation cannot nominate themselves and has one nomination (this is to prevent someone from nominated everyone and defeating the purpose of a nomination).

I also put forward an idea that any two nations can start an inquiry into a permament member of the SC. Such as if they are still eligible.

You can't nominate the UK, they're already a permanent member. By UK, I'm assuming you mean the "United Kingdom", if not, ignore this.

Hodad, you don't have to ask the UN to regulate it. The referendum is only necessary if you're trying to annex a NPC nation peacefully.

Friends, brothers, sisters, we are rapidly approaching a turning point in the history of our world. Recently some unpleasant events have occured in Southern America. Fighting has taken place, in a place where it should not have occured. People are dead, monuments have been lost, and many lives have been ruined. For what? So that we can 'punish'? I ask for all nations to look upon their own conscience, to bear responsibility for all actions they have taken in South America. Remember, we will be judged by our actions in the future. Do you all want to be known as murderers, or saints? Canada makes known that it will assist the UK in all peace talks.
