Attention nations of the World:

It has come to our attention that the Demesos has done some things so terrible it should be conqured. For one, in addition to her agression in Africa, we now believe that the UDSA is responsible for the Waterbury massacre. Though the Demesos claims it was Britain, it is clear that Britain never had troops in Conneticut. With no troops there, the only possible candidate is the UDSA. (OOC: Not to mention Bill3000 posted the massacre, and since you can't control other nations troops, it has to have been Bill's) Therefore, we would like to ask the Security Council to act against the UDSA, in addition to individual nations sending troops to conquer them....

ICE votes YEA on a UN expedition against the demesos atrocities and hopes other nations will also join. The people under demesos have suffered long enough.

Greater Arabia supports actions against the UDSA, and will be happy to participate in the UN force against the demesosists.

IRL there are 5 permanent members of the Security Council, and 10 non-permanent members that rotate every two years and are elected by the General Assembly.
In order to elected as a non-permanent member of the security council you have to be nominated by a member of the General Assembly.
IRL the 10 non-permanent members of the Security council are:

Argentina
Bangladesh
Canada
Jamaica
Malaysia
Mali
Namibia
Netherlands
Tunisia
Ukraine

In the story there should still be Five permanent members and they are

Neo Soviet Russia
Imperial Chinese Empire
Neo Spartan Federation
United Kingdom

And whichever American Nation has Washington D.C., So it could be either the;
United Demesosian States of America
or
Pennsylvania Commonwealth

just because Communist America is biggest doesn't mean they would get the veto, in order to allow that the Security council would have to authorize a second America on the Council and I doubt China or Russia would want two America's woth veto power on the council.

Russia
Communist America
China
Germany
Japan

They are after all the five most powerful nations on Earth

Non-Permanent members
Any three other nations.

The reason, the General Assembly has shrunk from 188 members to just under 30 members, an 8 member security council would fit this new world best.
For those I left out which think they may deserve representation, it was because you were either to weak militarily, economically, or your people are still backwards uneducated peasents.

Wait a minute, are you guys voting this IC or OOC? Because it seems that you're voting it IC and that way, nothing's gonna get done to change the permanent members. You'll never be able to change the permanent members in IC (for obvious reasons, as they'll just veto the proposal). I still say we stick to:

NSF (Neo-Spartan Federation, formerly Franco-Spain)
NSR (Neo-Soviet Russia)

I don't think there's anyway to really change this IC as it'll just get vetoed. I suggest we leave it like this for now and then as the story progresses things may change. For one, with Franco-Spain's oncoming defeat, Germany will get their seat on the permanent security council.
