Boshko - I thought I should post the mistakes in case you forgot one:

No Russian army in Livonia/Warsaw retreat?
Russia gets a build
Austria gets a build

France would have gotten a build had Brest stayed in Brest.

French player - when taking a center not in your possession, you must be there in the fall - being there in the spring and leaving in the fall will not give you the center. Once you own the center (possession in the fall) you can leave the center.
