German government orders all British owned MacDonnell's to be closed, beef no longer to be imported from Britain:
After a rash of illnesses swept Berlin and several other German cities, an investigation determined that the illnesses were caused by British beef products, most of which were sold at the British-owned MacDonnell's restaurants. By government order, all MacDonnell's in the German Empire have been closed and an import ban has been placed on British beef.

The German government strongly recommends that other nations which import British beef conduct serious investigations into this matter. Quick action must be taken to prevent a widespread outbreak of illness and possibly even death from British beef products.

Russia:
- All but the major powerplants went offline, including powerplants in or around Moscow.
- All airports except the Moscow airport went offline.
- Trains throughout Russia started to crash. Mostly military transports.
- Soviet stockmarket went offline.

Germany:
While the above things mentioned, they happend on a lesser scale. Powerplants in Bavaria went offline, most of the smaller airports went offline, as well as some major ones. Train crashes didn't occur in such an extent, but they happened, and when they happened they were almost all military munition transports. Parts of the German stockmarket also went offline.

The war was not over yet.

Canada assists residents of former Demesos, secures Northern New England!
When many refugees poured through the borders into Canada, many were anti-demesos, and were given guns. They were enlisted into the Canadian army, swelling the ranks to an estimated 50,000, many with good reason to attack the Bill forces. The forces then crossed the border. With New York City fallen, and Rhode Island in ruins, the pro-Bill forces had lost morale, and most joined with the forces, with the promise that they wouldn't be harmed. In two days, Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont had been taken. Casualties were at a minimum, and the army did it's best to prevent any civilian casualties. Refugee camps are being set up to provide food, medecine, and shelter to refugees fleeing southern New England. The total army forces rose to 75,000 in New England, 25,000 in Canada. Half of these are new recruits from the Demesos.

Message to All Anti-Bill Forces
Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine have been wrested from Bill's control. Do not move in to attack these areas - they are of the Demesos no more.

After Buenos Aires was captured Peruvian forces split off from the Brazilian forces. Commanded by Major-General Claudio Vascez they headed for La Plata. The Argentine forces at Buenos Aires had been at a disadvantage because the Brazilians and Peruvians had the element of suprise. However at La Plata the Argentines had had time to dig in. The fighting was heavy and bloody. Peruvian Abrams and Predators hammered at Argentine bunkers. While infantry soldiers knicked away as well. The Argentines were strong but they couldn't hold forever. After 4 hours the Argentine defenses finally cracked and La Plata was occupied. Major-General Vascez has ordered that his troops rest before they head on to Mar del Plata. Radio contact with Brazilain forces have revealed that they are equally sucessful. It is the allied hope that the Nestor government will capitualate quickly.

To Brazil - We hope that victory will come quickly for all our forces.

To Argentina - Surrender now!

Today in conjunction with Brazilian forces 100,000 Peruvian troops and hundreds of tanks rolled across the border into Argentina. When news reached them that Brazilian forces had occupied the Argentine capital cheers broke out. The Peruvian forces remain sober however knowing that soon they will meet heavy resistance and casualties will be many. However for now the Pampas is stretching out in it's wide unbroken rythym giving the Peruvians easy advance. For now the soldiers remain vigilant, but soon there will be battle.

To Mods - About the tank thing let's say I have the Abrams gscott gave me and some fixed Predators. Is that okay?

This month the Canadian Republic has begun it's re-armament program. Recognizing the obvious military potential of the UDSA, and the Communist States of America, factories have begun preperation to construct military products. The Great Lakes Navy, so generously given to Canada by the CW, has moved to the St. Lawrence Seaway. Already, a small army has been gathered, and whatever planes are left have been made into the beginning of the Canadian Air Force.

The General stood over the burning corpses of what was thousands of Scandanavians. They had chosen to stay on their island. Their army was pounded into dust by Soviet air forces. Death count for the Scandinavians passed the 100,000 mark. It was not known how many armed personnel lurked in the Hammerfest area, but the island had not a patch of green. Even the hills had lost several meters from the two week shelling and bombing. There was not one hour of one day in that time without a shell or fifty hitting the island.

In other parts, the army swept through what was left of the Scandanavian free territory and continued antipartisan warfare tactics. The Finnish people were beginning to accept Soviet Socialist Democracy as their way of life. The propogandists were doing their job just as planned while the Spetznaz continued to clean out rebel strongholds in the mountains.

The people were being taught that by fighting the Russians, they were only fighting the betterment of mankind. Socialism was being taught to every gradeschool and business throughout conquered Scandanavia.

Somebody had pushed the media panic button and things had gotten out of hand. A internet attack had been based on Russia, but the effects had not been as severe as originally reported by Western media. A cattle car had collided somewhere in western siberia with a freight of gasoline, with explosive results, and a small district of Moscow was experiencing brownouts.

Other than that, Moscow technicians were busy working on removing vulnerable computers from the network and replacing them with newer, safer, and more reliable secure systems.
