Due to the recent problems at the Philippines, the Polynesian governor has been elected as the only legal authority there. All Japanese forces will be commanded to quell the disturbance going currently on, and Chancellor Patriqvium of the Polynesian Coalition sends 10.000 men to assist them.

The prototyping of the Thoracopterus assault aircraft has been finished. After a successful test run near Papua, the model will enter production in one month.

The Coalition also announces that a carrier ship will be constructed at Manila. German engineers are assisting in the project, that has been timetabled to finish in 15 months.

Arabia has advanced further into the rebel-held area in southwest Chad, and has by now captured the towns of Bongor and Doba. Heavy resistance is being shown by militant Christians in this area of Chad, and casualties are estimated at nearly 1.000 Arabian men. Now, four corps are gearing up for the attack on the last rebel stronghold in Chad, Moundou, which is still held by a militant faction. The infrastructure upgrade has started in Chad, and will go as far as N'Djamena and Sarh for now.

These were the various artillery pieces used on the first round of shelling on Algeria. Citizens of Tamenghest were frightened as artillery rolled upon the hills, aiming its guns at various military targets. A military base was destroyed on the outskirts of the city, as well as various defenses.

In came Corps I-VII, both in Tamenghest and in southern Algeria. Pounding up from there came Corps VIII-XV, using all its force, taking out key military targets of the NSF Africa. Forces poored into southern Algeria, and as one NSF citizen put it: "It looked like a sworm of African bees."

All land up to Tindouf, Algeria has been siezed. Corps III-IX are now heading west into Western Sahara where a siege on El Aailun took place.

Bombers Heading Out - In a Different Way
Various bombers have been disasembled and put on escorted freight (standard). From there they are going north through friendly waters. Their mission is to reasemble in friendly lands and go on bombing raids soon.

Tanks arrive and bulk NSR forces

Today the final shipment of tanks from Russia has arrived. This 1500 tank increase in our armed forces makes us the most powerful nation in South America. We pray that we do not have to use them on our sacred land. The military has announced that all military spending will be halted till November when a new, larger overall budget is enacted. We are right now at a balance of 1.25 Billion dollars.

Tanks deployed to Southern border

A skeleton guard has been placed on the Northern borders of Brazil. All troops that could be spared have been moved to the Southern border to train. The entire Southern border has an estimated 700,000 men and 750 T-82 and 750 T-90s. Also to arrive are the 800(I think)Predator tanks, backed up by 400 LeClercs. The remaining LeClercs and Leopards are defending the North. We urge Peru to do the same, enhancing their Southern areas so we may run scenarios for foreign invasions.

German Technical Team Hired

A team of German technicians, engineers, and machinists have been hired to aid on the Wulfgar design. The design is progressing nicely and will be completed by years end. There are whispers that a new multi-role fighter is also being designed, or will be when Wulfgar is finished.

OOC: I'm back! There are about 300 new posts and I am NOT going to read all of them , so someone fill me in on the big things that have happened.

The first thing I'm gonna do now that I'm back is open Africa to everyone for conquest, since the rules are being ignored anyway.

Secondly, for clarification, Scott has mod powers even when I am here, it's just that I have the ability to override him if he makes a mistake or something.

Okay, someone be a nice guy and tell me why there's suddenly a world war. Until then, I'm neutral.

CTA Announces Neutrality

The CTA has announced that it will stay neutral in the world chaos for now until it can get more of an objective view of the current world situation. Production on war materials has been quickened, however, in expectance of a quickly upcoming conflict....

EKV's Approved, Production Begun

The Electronic Kill Vehicle, or EKV, that the former USA was testing in early 2000, has been approved by Dictator Kown and will enter production for CTA Sattelite Protection. Originally designed for anti-ICBM work, the recent German sattelite warfare has triggered a new need for protection of CTA assets in orbit. The space station Columbus will be holding at least 20 EKV's in its hull once completed. Until then, the EKV's will be in silos in the Rocky Mountains, ready to launch against any unfriendly sattelites in the event that our good relations with Germany meet a quick fate.

Algerian Front:

Italian troops with aid from their Indian brothers have ruthlessly pushed along the coast encircling outnumbered and out equiped Federation troops along the way. They have driven all the way to Alger and are preparing what may be the final offensive in Algeria.

Total casuaalties thus:
Italy
-3,200 dead, 4,100 wounded, 12 tanks
NSF (estimates)
-5,000 dead, 10,000 wounded, 5,000 captured

In France:

Under the watchfull gaze of many thousand troops and dozens of tanks the Princess of Monaco swore allegiance to Italy.

From there the offensive continued. The time proven strategy of encirclment was used again and again successfully. The outnumbered NSF troops couldn't keep up against the heavily armored and mechanized troops of Italy. Nice and Cannes were encricled and cut off in the opening days of the offensive and surrendered two weeks later. After a days rest the Italian troops were on the move again, this time straight towards Marseilles.

The only thing we would like is if you would allow us to pass through your land in north Algeria to get to Spain. Our transports have arrived in Western Sahara and Corps III-IX are loading up.

The bombers have arrived as well. We would like to station them at a near by airbase, if ok with you.

In Western Sahara
By now, Western Sahara has been overrun. With the transports arriving, we will fling onto Spain. To prevent guerrila tactics being used, our bombers will be flying in to take the hills out and our artillery we become stationed on a hill.

To JT3 - I'll try to sum up things the best I can. The Neo-Spartan Federation (Franco-Spain) is at war with Italy and Germany. Germany is also at war with the USSR as is Russia. Argentina and CHile blockaded the Cape of Horn but have now backed down. Argentina also tried ot retake the Falkland Islands but failed. Several of the Asian posters have formed the East Asian Defense Group (EADG). The Philipinnes are under joint Japanese and Polynesian control. ANd that's really the important stuff. Oh and Peru(me) retrate it's decleration of war against the UDSA. By the way wanna make a flag ?

To Brazil - Funny I didn't know that we blockaded the Cape of Horn. I thought that was a Chilean-Argentine doing. But we are sednign our ofrces to the points you have requested. My e-mail is frymire@uswest.net

Indian Forces are now pooring into northern Algeria. Shelling occured in Bechar. Corps IV-VII went into Morocco with little resistance. Artillery boomed in and out. Tanks rolled through the city of Fes, Morocco.
