Actions:

With the destruction of most of the Pakistani government and their fighting with and losses to the Indians, Iran is in the process of peacefully taking over the country. Political organizers and troops for law enforcement are implementing control along with supplies and tools to relieve the people affected by the nuclear attacks. The incorporation of Pakistan coincides with the long planned reorganization of the Iranian government to an officially secular (but still with traditional Islamic values) federative republic. The surviving members of Pakistani government have been given honorary seats in the new government until the next elections. Iran has been renamed to the Independant Republic of Asian Nations, or IRAN for short.

A declaration of war against India has been issued, and Iranian troops are now supporting Pakistani forces.

We guarantee that we will not use nuclear weapons against you as long as you don't use them against us. But if you initiate an exchange, no quarter will be given.

They are made by the moderator for the scenario. In this case Methril based them on actual numbers, and then as the leader of your country you can have your nation build up or reduce numbers over time as you see fit, within reason.

To all those involved in the Indian-Pakistani War (including those two): I suggest a peaceful discussion of a negotiated settlement. Your fighting is appalling (and what started it anyway?). The Empire requests that all nations involved put down their (nuclear) weapons and talk it out, or if not the talking part, then the no-nukes part.

To Egypt, the US, and the IPU: *Secret* It appears that the world is locked into a power struggle between two sides. The one is us. The other consists of China, Iran, and the USSR and its clients. We must do everything short of war to stop them, and even that if it becomes absolutely necessary.
