Over the years, the city of Kiev grew and prospered. For the most part, the people were sufficently happy, and believed that Kishka's decision to settle down permanently had been a good one.
However, the Kievan leaders were not so content with what they had. They wanted more land and more power. Since Kiev's population was steadily growing, Kiev's leaders were able to organize colonization parties to settle the land to the south of Kiev. Accompanied by part of the army, their goal was to settle alongside a sea that Kievan scouts had discovered some time ago (OOC: Black Sea) and the lands between that sea and Kiev.
ORDERS:
Expand southwards in the direction of the Black Sea. Take part of the army along to protect the settlers.
