We cannot declare war on Russia--partly because we are already fighting on three fronts, but mostly because they are loyal allies and we will not sabotage our cause. Despite the lack of progress between you two concerning peace, they have done many good things, and their refusal to compromise arises not from greed or maliciousness but merely from overszealousness and perhaps misplaced force. We hope you can work things out, as we see your nations share many postitive attributes and your conflict is the result of unfortunate circumstances, not fundamental disparity of interests. We will continue to urge them to accept peace with you. However, we must still insist that you withdraw. This is not just a matter of securing peace between us but also a matter of prudence. No matter what happens between you and Russia, you are in a very perilous position, as Germany seeing your new independance from her tyranny will probably attempt to again gain power over you by force. You are far better off with your army at home. And we are far better off with our soil under our control again, and we will gain that one way or another. Please continue working for peace with Russia from your side as well.

Japan sends the African Union ambassador home - he was driving us all mad trying to say that Japan was part of the Axis. Japan is still officially at war with Germany. The Japanese Ministry of the Exterior requests that the AU find a more intelligent replacement for him.

To CNA : (secret) We'll offer you a deal and we'll offer it once, which will be for the benefit of both our countries. You will stop interfiring with our plans in Asia, (remember only the CNA has spoken against the occupation of the Kramer territories) and you will not stop the continuing surrender of the Kramer forces, mayn of whom are already in Japanese uniforms. In return Japan will both GIVE Mexico to the CNA, and help the CNA fight against the Axis country of your choice in North or South America. To Germany : As a country disinterested in the wastelands of Europe, Japan would like to formally and publically request that Germany does not use any nuclear weapons against civillian targets. We are still officially at war, and we would need only a small excuse to join the Allies.

To Thailand : I doubt Britain will withdraw its troops, but if Britain does, then British China will still remain British. Japan will ensure this. We suggest you look Westwards in your expansions, or Northward. British China will not fall to you. (secret)OK, that's far enough now, unless you want my troop rebellion to suddenly stop(/secret)

Unacceptable. KA is our closest ally, and we will not reward you for backstabbing them. You did help us in Mexico, but then you destroyed that trust by attacking the KA. We still can't figure out why. Our previous proposal stands, but Mexico is an unacceptable trade for what was virtually part of our country.
