Italy - Diplomacy

To the World: We are in no way responsible for the uranium found in Kandahar. It is not ours. We are just as shocked by the find as the rest of the world is. Probably the reason it is marked "Italy" is because terrorists were planning to make a bomb and use it against us, most likely in retaliation for the rooting out of terror cells in Spain. It is a good thing that this uranium cache was found before it could be used against innocent civilians.

To Germany: Is there a way we could acquire German Algeria from you?

To Israel: If you'd like, we could send some agents over to Afghanistan to help find and destroy terrorist cells and remove any more uranium found, or to help your agents in some other way.

In Iran, the Shah officially announced the annexetion of Iran to Israel, not like any of that matters because,

Aliens Have Invaded!!!!

After a thousand years of close observance of our planet, the Aliens have decided to finally attack, striking almost every continent on Earth. It will take a united Human effort to stop the invaders. All human wars have ceased and all satellites have been shot down by the Aliens. They are not invincible, not by a longshot, but they do have a technological lead, nukes (4), bio and chem weapons (only within a certain radius of thier land), better planes (can still be beaten by 2 or 3 Human planes) and better tanks, plus a impenetrable missile shield. They are unplayable and no more landings will occur.

In Europe, the Aliens opened their attack by landing in Moscow, quickly making it thier base for operations. The surrounding area soon succombed as many humans fled, not knowing how to defeat the Aliens.

In Asia, the Aliens landed in China, taking Beijing and most of the coast (including Korea). Millions of Chinese are now forced into slavery from the Aliens.

In Africa, the Aliens took Zaire and most of central africa, splitting the AU army in half and scaring the $**!! out of them.

In Australia, the Aliens took 3/4 of the country, and hoped to quickly subjugate the country, but the Aussies are fighting valiently.

In North America, the worst damage has been done. In the most massive landing, the Aliens siezed California, Texas, Southeastern C.S.A, New Mexico, and Utah.

In South America, the Aliens invaded Northern Chile, Bolivia and Paraguay. There was also a small invasion at Guyana.

Aliens are white, Lowlands are unflooded and no more flooding will occur.

Orders for military and Scientists (SECRET) :

Attempt to capture and examine one of the aliens. Using previous research, design biotoxins and biological agents specifically designed to do as much damage as possible to the alien physiology. Also build up ordinary chemical weapons. Design reliable near-surface delivery method. When they are ready reports so, do not use until command gives the order. Do Not let this information leak.

In Americas, go on defense for northern borders. If aliens advance, use a few nuclear mines or nuclear artillery shells.

Concentrate most of forces in invasion of alien held Australia.

Anywhere possible, forces are to capture as much alien equipment and technology as they can. Where feasible, launch missions to steal their stuff.

Use spare or obsolete equipment and weapons to test against their stuff. Attempt to work out ways to defeat it (basically, just continue R+D for weapons vs. aliens as would against any human enemy) particularly their missile shield. Of course, considering the lack of extra manpower or materials as just about everything is being used in direct fighting, this obviously has a much lower effective priority than the othe

To KA, Britain, Japan, and AU (secret): We suggest that we co-operate as far as is possible to counter the alien menace. We should direct all available resources into this task, beyond the bare minimum required to keep our nations functioning.(/secret)

Orders:

- Completely mobilize the national economy for war. Place everything under government control to facilitate this, without exception. Democracy is to be suspended and effectively repalced by a military regime until further notice.

- Begin moving large numbers of Israeli troops to the norhtern border of Iran and fortify them against an alien offensive. MAke extensive use of minefields in this defence program. Also extend this to the edges of the northern DMZ with Germany.

(secret)- Order the (now state-run) media to back this and broadcast propaganda against the aliens to encourage citizens to accept these measures as necessary.

- Massively increase funding to R & D on conventional and unconventional means of defeating the aliens, including specially tailored biochemical agents and more advanced weapons sytems, while increasing existing military numbers as fast as possible. Focus especially on mobile anti-air and anti-tank weapons for use against alien aircraft and armour.(/secret)

To Israel, Britain, AU & KramAssoc. : (secret) We must act together and soon to stop the alien menace. We are striking in China with all the force of the Japanese armed forces. We suggest Britain join us in this venture, as British forces are already in the area. Anyone with nukes should make Australia into a desert as soon as possible - its not part of our empires and we can't fight all the aliens. Suggest the same for Brasil. Perhaps we the aliens are not all of the same faction - we should try to open communications with the three main groups to see what they want. We should also test their resistance to Earth dieseses. To China : We end our war with you - your millions of captured soldiers will be rearmed and sent to fight the alien menace. We must forget our petty struggles for the sake of the human race.

Orders : Japanese troops together with millions of Chinese regulars and drafted Indonesian soldiers to attack the aliens in North China and Korea. Mass waves of these soldiers will be sent in a constant assault on the alien positions - many of these men will die, but hopfully the aliens will never be able to establish a proper base of operations. They will be supported (from a short distance) by the highly trained Japanese ground forces, (hopefully) the might of the British army will come too, and the Japanese air force will attack in constant waves, day and night with no pause.

All factorys to build weapons to arm the civillians of China, Korea and Indonesia (anout 1,000,000,000 people), all able-bodied Japanese men and women to report for intensive millitary training (about 15,000,000 people) The Japanese regular army to fight behind the drafted shield troops (ie point machineguns at their backs)

Try to develop chemical/bio weapons that will affect the aliens - for this we will need a few prisoners. The aliens are to be treated like animals and simply destroyed with no regard.
