Along with the new goverment and new Natinalism in the African union, the people wished to unite more lands.
But the goverment knew the wars are the last resource for the AU.
The people seemed like they agree with the goverment and agreed to send letters to leaders out of Africa that controls parts of africa.
The were not many outsiders, only British, Germans, Italians and the KA.
Israel was known for Africans as an African state.

Launch another satellite, this time a permanent observation sat. Over the next 3 years the number of observation satellites will be increased to 12, orbiting in various configurations so as to cover the greatest surface area possible (specifically the land, but not to completely neglect the ocean). Currently resolution is not good enough to be used for spying, but they can detect big things (like missile launches). Technology, both in electronics/computers/observation as well as the physical locomotion components and hardiness of the spacecraft will be improving in the future. Tie the satellite surveillance in with an expanded, more vigilant, and improved intelligence and counter-espionage service.

To Japan (very secret) : Honestly, in the very unlikely event that Germany was found responsible for the Sapporo and Tel Aviv incedents, we would probably stay neutral in any resulting war, as Germany is a very powerful nation, and as almost all of our land borders are with Germany, it would be very risky for us to enter a war against them. The Reichsfuher, Heinrich Himmler today has announced that the Werchmact, the Kreigsmarines and the Lufftwaffe have commenced operations against the Empire of Spain. This in response to suspected Spanish involvement in the destruction of Berlin. Himmler has warned the Spannish any nuclear attacks on the Reich will result in the complete destruction of Spain.

Even as this is said there has been an amphipious landing in the Azores and the caputre of the Govenor there. This has already been confirmed as a success, as the Azores are brought into the Greater Germanic Reich.

A Combined Arms operation has been launched against Portugal bypassing major Spannish fortifications. Chemical attacks have been used on two major forts in the Portugese territory. Their success has been aclaimed.
