Cuban Votes:

The Cuban people have went voting in Havana, the first issue, which was which name to give to this national day was quickly resolved with a slight win of the "NAH NAH NA BOO BOO day", some people even asked that in this day everybody would have to wear underwears with the image of the American President who started the war on it, and poop in their pants

The second, and most important issue resulted ina landslide vistory for the warhawks against the Cuban Unionist, 84% - 16% is the division of the Cuban electorate, although it must be said that only 57% of the people that had the right to, went to vote.

Tha third and last issue, on the inpendence of Hispanola was resolved with a 53% of votes in favor of staying into Cuba.

The Northern Socialist rebels and the Bolivian independence rebels have united, and because together they control most of Bolivia, they have declared independence as the Socialist Republic of Bolivia. Bolivia has announced that the only Argentinian government they recognize is the urban Socialist rebels, and declared that they will help the Argentinian "government" quell all the other rebel groups. Portugal will withdraw from Spain if all the powers invading Spain pledge non-aggression against Portugal, and to protect Portugal in case of a skirmish with the Russians, as well as Cuba in case of a skirmish with the Americans. The Portugese are extremely outraged at the obvious land-grabbing, and are noting that when spain is gone, what would stop them from invading portugal next?

The portugese government headquarters has been relocated to a secret location so as to keep the people much more prepared for war.

Germany - Diplomacy:

To BENDEFRA: This is your last chance. Back down now and accept the Russian conquest of Greenland and ours of Denmark, or we will go to war. The clock is ticking.

To Russia (secret): We have offered the French one last chance to avoid war. If they don't take it, the offensive will begin.

To Ottomans: We will repect your neutrality, and hope that the French will as well.

To Spain (secret): We will ask our allies to consider making peace, but no more. We will not attempt to interfere with the terms they impose unless they would be detrimental to us.

To all still at war with Spain (secret): We suggest you call a cease-fire and discuss peace terms soon, but we will make no attempt to ensure lenient terms for them. Squeeze them for everything you can get.

To Portugal (secret): If you stay out of the looming conflict with France, we will offer to guarantee your security against foreign invasion, and may also be able to offer you some of their colonies in Africa once we win.

To Austria (secret): We thank you for your support.

Germany - Military Actions:

German troops are ready to launch a mass offensive (or counter-offensive, if need be) against the BENDEFRA if they refuse the terms offered them. This offensive will being automatically if the French fail to respond within six months.

In addition, the German navy has imposed a total ban on French shipping around Greenland. French troops located there will not be permitted to recieve supplies or reinforcements of any kind whatsoever.

If implemented, the plans will involve remaining on the defensive on the French front (except for artillery fire and a blockade) while launching a massive invasion of Holland, an invasion of Indonesia from across the Indian Ocean, and the invasion of Angola and Mozambique in Africa.

N.B. If any aspects of this plan require an invasion of a coutnry which has expressly pledged neutrality, that aspect is void.

The German army has also developed a new doctrine of attack employing mass assaults by the excellent tanks that have been recently developed to smash enemy lines (along with artillery and aircraft), to be followed up by infantry advances trhough the breach to get behind enemy lines; this has been christened the 'blitzkrieg'.
