The entire northern and midwest ARgentinian armies have crossed the appalachians. They met the US forces in an indecisive battle outside Washington, after which the ARgentinians retreated into Virginia and stormed Richmond. Everywhere they have gone, they have destroyed the railroads. Overall, the Argentinian's pillaging has costed the US 3/4 of an economic level.

To Spain, Portugal, and Switzerland:
France recognizes that you wish to keep your independence and neutrality, however you must realize that in today's changed world it is impossible to remain neutral and have any power. France beleives that the time is now to join the BENEDEFRA alliance.

To Albert I:
The French and the Belgians are already very close. Why not have your rule remembered by joining in a united state of France, similar to that of the UK.

To USA:
It is, of course, France's greatest hope that a peaceful solution to this situation can be worked out. Unfortuantly, Brazil and Argentina will not agree to terms forced on them, and I fear they will not agree to anything less than a surrender whose only condition is that you retain rule over your traditional boundaries. Also unfortunatly, France cannot continue to pretend that there is not a bloody war being fought, with French troops and ships involved. Consider this a declaration of war and an end to French trade.

To Cuba:
France would find great pleasure in encouraging the growth of friends in the Western Hemisphere. We will sign a trade agreement and provide development aid.

To Belligerent Nations:
We agree with the terms set forth by the Ottoman Empire.

France has reconsidered its stance on flying machines, and institutes a program to study military applications and develop working units. Results expected in 3 years.

Brazillian forces launch another offensive in an effort to retake Florida. American forces flee after a Brazillian victorious battle at Pensacola. The Brazillians march into Florida experiencing no heavy resistance.

Brazillian forces run into the American forces (most from the battle at Pensacola) at the Flint River. The American forces again retreated after suffering heavy losses. The battle weakens the Brazillian army enough to halt thier advance. They fortify their positions on the west bank of the Flint and Chattahoochee River from the Gulf to Dothan, Alabama. They secure their lines of communication and begin bringing up their supply lines.

A naval battle occurs off Cape San Blas, although indecisive, supply ships and transports were able to bypass any American ships or subs and land at Pensacola unopposed.


Reinforcements await in Cuba for a landing in Florida, preventing any successful counter-offensive from the Americans in an effort to retake the peninsula.

I agree with your plans on hitting Washington D.C. I will continue offensives in Florida, however, to keep America on multiple fronts, thereby, weakening the chances of a serious reinforcement to the North.

To France: We regret that but like you to reconsider. We never did anything against these powers yet they have come up with forgaries of transcripts and the like to make their cause 'just'

We are willing to have peace and forgo any reperations however we will not pay any reperations, give up any arms or any territory. Any attempts to do so will mean the war continuing.

With the addition of France to Cuba's trade partners, many of our other trade partners' declarations of war against the U. S. and the refusal of the American president to retract his calling of the South Americans "tinpot emperors," Cuba has no choice but to declare war on the United States. We ask for technological aid so that we may compete with the American soldiers.

The American president says that this is a sad day when the Cubans have delcared war against the USA. The USA has done nothing but help them, and the world. We were happy being left alone, yet the enitre world is after us. We are working for peace, the South American Empires are not, yet we are the ones being made to suffer humiliation. The United States would like to announce that it quits.

The main reason Cuba went to war against the United States and not Argentina, was the addition of France into the ever-growing list of nations that are at war with you. If France had joined your side, Cuba would still have remained neutral. We also laid out our demands for your nation to remain neutral, which amounted to your writing of a single sentence to appease us, and it didn't happen, no nation should be ignored like that. :endrant)
