Once we are finish with our anti matter project we will be able to devolope space ships and other power full weapons, like anti matter bombs and paritcle weapons as well. THis advance will give us a great advantage over the other world powers and must keep it secret at all costs.

As for the technology, since you stole the initial plans that would get you started on anti-matter, we feel that is more than enough compensation.

The antimatter project will be finished within the year. Especially considering the recent theft, we believe the last information that makes it all work should be stored only in Japan since we have a superior counter-espionage system, and when the technology is complete, it will be securely handed over to you.
