Treaty of Anatrartica

This is the proposed treaty for Anatratica. Map colours are the same for the main one. The capital of AS is the white dot.

A price of 50 million arabias a week for 5 people is charged for any non Russian non Caliphiate, non Free World scientists to enter the AS capital dome. Any illegal uploading will be an act of war. Any illegal downloading will be an act of war. The scientists are to be unarmed and to be escoprted by 20 soldiers to one armed escort all the time. If their country does not cointiue to pay then they will be deported.

We already currently have access to all former AS bases except the one the Caliphate kicked us out of. Even if the other nations restrict access to the bases in their territory militarily, we have bases in our territory that our solely our own. What we were proposing was that with your mineral wealth and new found economic boom joined with our technological expertise and established industries we could both benefit from allowing each other into our antartic bases and exchanging the information we glean.

Our people aren't ready to enter into a MPP, but all the other parts of your proposal would be acceptable.

USA army invades Florida, however looses much of it's mainland territory to the Caliphate. Ku Klux Klan overthrows government in Texas and declares new Lone Star Republic which immidietly gives the following messages to all major states:

Please recognise us as an independent country. We would like to help both Caliphate and NATC to reconquer USA. We would like to cooperate both militarily and economically with all foreign countries.

Indonesia officially joins ASEAN, making it stronger. Current ASEAN stats:

ASEAN asked Japan to cooperate on pacific defense, it also claimed a part of Antarctica and said it needs it as one of superpowers. Later it said Russian unwillingnes to cede SOuthern China to ASEAN could end up in war.

Germany refuses to surrender to Russia, Scandinavia refuses to join Russia but wants to keep close relations.

To the world: We cannot accept this peace with the US. We want:
Reparations paid to NATC, Russia, and Caliphate, especially the Caliphate.
A constitutional amendment making it much harder to go to war.
Alaska to Russia, Hawaii to NATC as independent member
Limitations in military size: army limited to large, navy to medium, airforce to small.
A constitutional amendment giving states the right to secede and/or join other nations.

We will not accept any treaty in which any land other than Alaska and Hawaii are forced to join any nation. The states may choose to join otehr nations but we will not accept a forced takeover of states like teh Caliphate proposes.

To France: You may join the Confederation if you wish for protection from Germany.

To the Caliphate: Accept our peace treaty (or a version with minor changes) or face war with the Confederation.

The NATC has declared war on Germany! Italian and Austrian troops have so far advanced as far as Munich.

NATC forces have forced the entire Western Army (1/3 of the army) of the US to surrender.

NATC refuses to recognize Texas. Mexican troops storm the state and have taken many of the KKK officials prisoner.

We can have friendliness and trade, but Japan cannot currently agree to any military alliance, especially with the emnity between you and Russia. Speaking of which, your attempted colonial expansion will not aid you and instead will probably harm you. Quit bickering with Russia and instead settle down and improve what you already posess. As for AS bases, Antartica is claimed, we suggest that you take the Svalbard base.

We are open to this trade of Knowledge and technology. The Free World understand that we will share what ever information and technology we gain from the AS computers and domes, and have trading between both countries. We would also like to from and scientific alliance, were our scienistist would work togather. We would also like a NAP as well.

Russian scientists have been investigating AS domes in all of Antarctica as well. The Russians were also lucky enough to find an underground dome-like facility, possibly built in the case of a major strike by outside forces. This information not revealed to anyone. They've begun downloading and deciphering gigantic amounts of information available in this underground facility. Some believe it is linked to many other domes throughout the continent and contains certain emergency information not many others knew of.

More reinforcements sent to Russian China. Invasion totally expected, element of surprise...impossible.

Bombing increased in Germany, mostly German coasts. Plans for invasion halted.

To Scandinavia:
If you wish not to join Russia then we must request payments for our sacrifices in preventing your nation from becoming a German state. You do realize that if we withdraw, your nation can not withstand another German attack. This is the last time, we will not come to the rescue again. We thought you would join Russia, but instead you call for help then kick us out. Major payments will be expected. We will not sacrifice any more lives for foreign nations. We will withdraw and release German prisoners, and once we do you will be on your own. We sacrifice our isolationism and our sons and fathers, and we get nothing. We come out of our home and fight a war for you, and in return we get a 'lets keep close relations'. We are deeply offended.

To ASEAN:
China voted to become part of Russia, they were not forced. Even if you did conquer them, do you think you could hold them for long? No. China will never be yours...NEVER.

To NATC: I thgink we needent bother with making peace with the US. We can reoccupy them instead. However I will support you in any decsions you make.

The Caliphaite Armies in North America along with the new armies from the Japanese border, have started to push back largely inferior US forces. The US Air Force has been destroyed by Scud missile attacks, and the Caliph's forces have driven the US from the State of Florida. Meanwhile a blitz accross the great tank country of the Mid-West has captured the city of Denver from the US.

To the US: Surrender. We will take Florida, but all other territories except Canada will be as the are accordign to the last map.
