But he found the cure for cancer a laughable idea. How could the Israelis have come up with such a thing?

He called the Health Minister to him.

"Is it possible?" he asked.

"It is, my lord." she replied. "It uses DNA, which our scientists were amongst the first to crack. A friend in the Israeli Health Ministry has revealed what part of the DNA it is. It probably wouldn't take more than ten years for our own scientists to come up with a similar drug."

Churchill thought for a moment, then realised what title she had used.

"Yes, you're going to be knighted." she laughed.

He stared at the coffee stain on his shirt. A knight of the realm and he couldn't keep his shirt clean!
