Additional to above: As the Democratically elected Secretary General of the UN, the Soviet Union requests an immediate cease-fire in Europe, pending negotiations. If it comes to nuclear war, no one will benefit, to say nothing of the horrors you are visiting on your people.

I. German Lands south of Poland are surrendered to Greece.
II. America's S. American Colonies and the Carribean are surrendered to Greece
III. Germany pays huge reparitions for starting the war.
IV. German Lands west of that huge crater that wass once Berlin are surrendered to Rome.
V. German Colonies in Africa are surrendered to Poland and the USSR
VI. Iceland is surrendered to Canada as is the West coast of the US
VII. New Guinea is given to China
VIII. The US pays huge reparitions to the Warsaw pact for invading Canada.
IX. Canada repays in full the estimated worth of personelle and equipment lost in nuclear strikes. They also pay the loss of income to the families of those killed in said strikes.
