You submit orders for builds now. Send them in to Du_Chat like your orders or post them here. By e-mailing them to the GM, you can keep the move secret until all other adjustments are revealed.

Builds and disbands (adjustments) happen after the fall turn (moves and retreats) in what is called the 'winter' turn. On this map you can build in any unoccupied home supply center that you currently control. These SCs are indicated by squares as opposed to diamonds.
